Introducing Our New Brand Strategy

You read that right — our new brand identity is almost here and we can’t wait to share it with the world. Before the grand reveal, we wanted to explain why we needed a new brand identity.

The decision to embark on this journey came naturally, as a result of how much we’ve evolved as a company over the past few years and how much the eCommerce industry has changed and grown.

We needed to make it absolutely clear what we believe in, what we’re working towards, and that it’s all for the incredible eCommerce brands out there. It began with the launch of our Digital Journey Continuity platform and making sure to reflect these efforts in our vision and core mission.

Our Vision: Maximize the potential of each online journey for every eCommerce brand, by truly experiencing everything from their customers’ eyes.

The eCommerce market has seen massive digital growth in the past year. Brands are fighting to grab customers’ attention while at the same time, customers are overwhelmed and distracted by all the noise — endless options, offers, promotions and ads everywhere they turn.

Behind the screen, we understood that brands invest mass amounts of time, money, and effort in building seamless digital experiences. Yet despite their efforts, they don’t have the tools needed to see what hesitations and distractions their customers are feeling and seeing, and what actually drives them to purchase, based on their buying intent and individualized needs. We want to enable brands to maximize their efforts by getting inside their customers’ minds, and helping them understand their needs at any given point along the journey.
